Access is free for all visitors
Registrations end on December 3 at 6 p.m.
The virtual platform will be accessible from November 23, 2020 at 9 a.m. to prepare for your visit, but all events, conferences and networking features will be available from 1 to 3 Dec.
If you are pre-registered, you will receive an email access to the platform the day it opens.
If you register after November 23, you will receive the information following your registration.
The event is dedicated to all professional players in the wine and fruit & vegetable industries.
UTC +1 hour
You can participate in a conference by clicking on the "Live" section or by going to the conference schedule page in the Auditorium.
It is also possible to register before the event from the program page.
It will be possible to make One to One Meetings requests from the pavilions that interest you
Yes, you can schedule a private conversation with an exhibitor by requesting a meeting time via the "one to one appointment" feature accessible directly in the exhibitor's profile.
Although you do not need to have a webcam to participate in a One to One Meeting, if you do not have one, you will not be able to transmit a video signal on your own. However, you can continue to listen and talk and share your screen.
The conferences and the exclusive content will be available during the 3 days then in replay on the website https://www.vinitech-sifel.com/
Replays are available 2 days after the end of the event

FAQ EXHIBITOR

EXHIBITOR SHOWROOMS
The platform will be accessible to exhibitors from 11/10/2020.
“Visitors” will be able to access the platform and prepare their sourcing and planning from 23/11.
The event will take place from 1 to 3 Dec : conferences, networking, meetings ...

It will be possible to insert a hypertext link to the platform
For the visitor, access to the platform requires the creation of a profile.
Each salesperson can specify the language (s) they master in their profile, or write it directly in the language they want to highlight.
The platform is configured for 11 people (1 administrator and 10 sales representatives).
Videos must be in 720p max quality and cannot exceed 1 hour.
We strongly recommend very short videos to capture the attention of participants.
COMMERCIAL OPTIONS
The redirection will be made on the flag.
If you wish to have several live events (on the same day or over several days), you just need to order several LIVE EXHIBITOR option.
The interactivity tool integrated into the LIVE broadcasting platform allows you to:
 
- Chat
- Share your screen
- Ask questions, and carry out a live vote, with real-time distribution of answers
- Offer an online survey
- Before your live r, a technician will contact you to help you prepare for your intervention on a technical level: configuration of your computer equipment and connection, use of the interaction tool, answer to your questions
- During your live: the technician will ensure that your presentation runs smoothly and will intervene in the event of a technical problem (connection, etc.)
All replays will be available on the Vinitech-Sifel website a few days after the event ends and for a period of 1 year.
The lives will be hosted on Dailymotion and on the VinitechSifel website. Share links available on Dailymotion.
NETWORKING
The identification of participants or the addition of a profile to favorites can take place from 23/11, but live contacts and meetings will take place during the 3 days of the event.
The One to One meetings will be accessible after a connection or directly through your showroom, by contacting attached profiles according to their availability schedule.
To schedule a One to One meeting, find a participant in the Networking tab and send them a connection request. The latter will be automatically informed of your request. He will decide whether or not to accept your request. If he accepts, you will have his contact details or directly organize a one-to-one appointment by video.
You are free to make your video appointment in the language of your choice.
Each salesperson can specify the language (s) they master in their profile, or write it directly in the language they want to highlight.
There is no automated online translation during appointments.
 
The module offers a classic video / audio / screen sharing configuration (zoom type, teams, etc.)
A webcam is not mandatory.
AUDITORIUM
The auditorium is free to access, after registration on the platform.
It will be possible to register for conferences from 23/11.
You can participate in a conference by clicking on the "Live" section or by going to the conference program page in the Auditorium.
You can to register upstream from the program page.
All replays will be available on the Vinitech-Sifel website a few days after the event ends. www.vinitech-sifel.com and for a period of 1 year.
